Wouldnt it be nice if users could be ranked, and also got a rank bonus/subtraction based on their entries? That would help a little with crap users spewing filth across't newgrounds. And IP ban (If possible, I am newb with computers) would be the best possible answer, perhaps to an IP that has had several accounts banned already. But really, just a way to filter out people who actually give a damn about this kind of stuff from the idiots who know how to use a keyboard. It would be rather simple, just run the same old 5 point system, except on the users page. Sorry, just tired of seeing crap get thrown around like its perfectly acceptable. This, I want to say, is caused by an older generation not knowing how to properly raise a younger generation. My generation, (Dont really know which one that would be, but im 18) People (around 16-22) seem to have decent online social skills. Who knows why, because I have no idea, but, younger then 16 just seem to be a bunch of children with 2 inch dicks who act like they have 10 inch, and are treated like they just have a pussy, need to be taught. We need to start enforcing what these younger people can access. "its the internet, its not blockable" My ass. The filter my school used was so good that a site you found would get blocked less then an hour later. It may have some cost associated with it, but apparently, you motherfucking lazy parents (40-60) have no idea that your child is a fuckwit. Enforce the correct usage in your own way, with a fucking wooden spoon or whatever, or let someone who actually has some sort of clue handle it.

Theres just to many (10-18) year olds that have "Balls of Steel" and act accordingly, and need a good ol' country ass whoopin' to learn they need to have manners. But lo, you can't kick their ass over the internet, so they think they're fucking invulnrible.
